[Case Study] Improved Dust Collection Efficiency through Optimal Airflow Control
Cleaning of powder filling processes! A case study demonstrating efficient dust collection and achieving high cleanliness.
This is a case study from a chemical company. They were facing the problem of product scattering during the filling process of powdered products. Although the filling area was temperature-controlled, they were also struggling with poor balance in the intake and exhaust, leading to low air conditioning efficiency. In response, we proposed a distribution air conditioning system by installing a large air conditioning unit with sufficient capacity and supplying air to each room through a Fan Filter Unit (FFU). As a result, we designed an automatic linkage system that allows for appropriate intake based on the exhaust volume, achieving stable room pressure management. [Issues] ■ A dust collector is installed, but it only functions near the intake area. ■ A cleanliness level of Class 10000 is required. ■ Air conditioning is ineffective. ■ There are five separate rooms, each requiring individual room pressure control. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
